A Boutique Surgical Experience

Surgery happens here, in our own accredited operating room. One OR, board-certified anesthesiologist, dedicated recovery room, pre-op room. A smaller setup on purpose, built for attention over throughput.

Our clinic is QUAD A (AAAASF) accredited, meeting established standards for safety, anesthesia, and surgical protocols.

Care is provided at our Manhattan location, with the same clinical approach and attention to detail throughout.

What Actually Happens, From Consult to Surgery

Your first visit is a conversation about your goals and your health, before anything gets booked. Depending on your history and procedure, we might order bloodwork, get a clearance from your primary doctor, or request imaging like a mammogram before we book surgery. Then a separate pre-operative visit, where we review everything and walk through the procedure and recovery again. Then surgery. Then follow-up care, and whatever you need after that.

Meet Dr. Igor Burko, Medical Director

Dr. Igor Burko is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He trained in general surgery first, then completed a fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery, which shapes how he evaluates a patient before he ever picks up a scalpel. He calls his patients himself the night of surgery. If you need him after that, he's the one you actually reach.
